CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy A $20 booking deposit is required for each service reserved and will be applied toward the balance of that service at checkout. If multiple services are booked during the same appointment, a separate $20 deposit will be collected for each service. For example, if three services are booked, the total booking deposit will be $60. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your booking deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount. No-call/no-shows may be charged 100% of the total scheduled service amount. Any booking deposit already paid will be credited toward the applicable cancellation or no-show fee and will not be charged in addition to that fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service. In that situation, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
